Returns
You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund amount.
